I am triatlete, I need :

  • Consistency => the ability to stay committed and maintain regular training habits over time, in triathlon, it means sticking to a structured training plan, with a lot of sessions in swim, in bike and in run, even the weather or your mood isn't good.

  • Resilience => the capacity to recover quickly from fatigue or deception, and keep pushing forward, in triathlon, is when your muscle fatigue during a long race for example, resilience helps a triathlete push through the discomfort and finish strong.

Hello Tristan,
Great job identifying “consistency” and “resilience” as key qualities for a triathlete! Your definitions were clear, and your examples-like sticking to a training plan despite weather or mood, and pushing through fatigue during a race-really show you understand what it takes to succeed in triathlon. Keep focusing on giving specific examples from your experience; it makes your writing engaging and relatable. Well done!
