After learning about Ikigai, I realized that some parts of my life already connect with this idea.
For example, playing tennis brings me joy, and I work hard to improve because it’s something I’m good at and passionate about. I also enjoy helping teammates and sharing knowledge, which gives me a sense of purpose. In daily life, I find motivation when I do activities that feel meaningful: like training, learning new skills, or supporting others.
These small moments show me that I'm on the path to discovering my Ikigai.
