Exam Info

par Diakese Demba Helene,

Hello everyone

Here some important information about your upcoming evaluations for the English class.

First, you will have a Quiz consisting of 40 questions. These questions will focus on vocabulary and concept definitions from all the lesson materials covered this semester, including both autonomous (self-study) and synchronous (live) sessions. Make sure to review your notes and materials from all classes to prepare effectively.

Second, you will complete a video evaluation. For this task combining Prep NIL and English class lesson, you will create a 3-minute video in English  with a presentation support where you:

  •     Highlight your unique value as an athlete and public figure (your NIL: Name, Image, Likeness).
  •     Present a personalized strategy to attract potential sponsors.
  •     Combine your media presence, digital influence, and storytelling skills to make your profile stand out.
  •     Use clear, fluent, and well-structured English with a varied vocabulary.

Please remember: The full, detailed exam instructions for the video evaluation will be available on the Moodle “2nd Semester Evaluation” course. The instruction document will be accessible to you starting on the 31st at midnight.

Be sure to check Moodle on that date for all the specific requirements.

Good luck with your preparation!

Class attendance important information

par Diakese Demba Helene,

Hello everyone

I wanted to inform you that no students attended the scheduled live class for the lesson on personal SWOT analysis. As a result, there will not be a video replay available for this session.

Please remember that the availability of class video replays depends on student attendance. I understand that schedules can be busy, but I encourage you to make an effort to attend the remaining sessions, as we only have two more lessons before the exam period.

You can still access the practice materials and the lesson presentation for the personal SWOT analysis on Padlet. The link is available in the Moodle live class section. I recommend reviewing the presentation and completing Task 1; the correction is included within the presentation.

Looking ahead, our next live class will be on May 14th and will cover the topic of Ikigai. The following session will be on May 21st, focusing on CV writing. Please note that there will also be an autonomous session on May 21st at 14:00.

Have a good week.

Miss Hélène

No class attendance

par Diakese Demba Helene,

Hello everyone,

Once again, no students attended the scheduled live class, as a result, there will be no video replay available for the lesson on Sports and Environmental Responsibility.

However, you can still access the practice materials on Padlet. I strongly recommend completing the "fill in the blank" task, as these vocabulary is part of the lesson and will be included in the exam.

You'll find the materials link and answer sheet for self-correction in the live class section

Have good week.

No class attendance

par Diakese Demba Helene,

Hello everyone

Unfortunately, no students attended the scheduled Crowdfunding live class. As a result, there will be no video replay of this session

Although no students attended the scheduled Crowdfunding live class, you can still access the practice lesson materials on Padlet if you wish to complete the autonomous lesson practice. The link to these materials is available in the live class section.

Additionally, you can find a case study correction proposition there to help you complete your work. This correction proposition will be considered as part of the live class lesson material,  thus integrated into the second semester evaluation.

I'll see you in our next class.
