    • Syllabus

The official, up-to-date syllabus is available here. In case of any doubts, please contact S. Delprat (sebastien.delprat@uphf.fr).

You will find an explanation on how to read our syllabus here.

Please do not use this website as it is not often maintained, some information may not be up to date.

    • Application procedures

There are two main application procedures. The first is for students from a university that has a partnership with the entire INSA group. The second is for students from a university that has a one-to-one agreement with INSA Hauts-de-France only.

Note that the selection process is independent of funding. Once approved by INSA Hauts-de-France, you are allowed to register, but it is your responsibility to secure funding for your mobility. You may also apply for BRAFITEC (and EIFFEL) funding in parallel. Note that BRAFITEC applications are managed by your home university. INSA Hauts-de-France reviews all applications for potential EIFFEL grant funding, meaning that if your academic record is outstanding, we may contact you for this opportunity.

If you have a doubt, please contact Sébastien Delprat (sebastien.delprat@uphf.fr)

    • Deadline

Once accepted, please inform sebastien.delprat@uphf.fr about your decision to come (or not?) at INSA Hauts-de-France as soon as possible. Do not wait for the last minute as housing options reduces over time. If you inform us soon enough, we can try to internally secure your housing before you finish the formal registration process.

The formal deadline for registration at INSA Hauts de France is May 31th, 2025.

    • INSA Group partner

      INSA Group application

Students from a university that has a partnership with the entire INSA Group should:

      1. Apply through their home university. The home university will review the student's academic record and performance and will authorize the student to apply for the double degree program.
      2. Select three INSA schools. At some point during the application process at their home university, students must choose three INSA schools they wish to apply to.
      3. Attend a hearing session. The INSA Group will then organize a hearing session, either in person or online. This session is not an academic evaluation (as that has already been conducted by the home university) but rather a discussion about the student's mobility project, motivation, and professional aspirations.
      4. Receive admission results. Shortly after the interview, students may be accepted into one of the INSA schools. The results are typically communicated through the home university.
      5. Confirm participation in the INSA Hauts-de-France double degree program. Students must send an email to sebastien.delprat@uphf.fr as soon as possible. The earlier they confirm, the better their chances of securing CROUS housing.
      6. Follow instructions received from INSA/UPHF. You will receive an email regarding the formal registration at INSA (deadline: 31/05/2025), which also includes housing booking details. Once registered, you will receive additional information about the VISA procedure

For students with outstanding academic performance, the INSA school may recommend applying for an EIFFEL Grant. This is an excellence program, with significant funding for worldwide outstanding students. Students can apply only once, and the application is submitted by the INSA school—not the student. However, the student is responsible for writing the application. At INSA Hauts-de-France, we are committed to assisting students as much as we can to improve their applications for this highly selective grants.
