INSA Hauts-de-France vs UPHF
INSA Hauts-de-France is formally part of the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, and they both share some services. However, INSA Hauts-de-France is a French "Grande École d'Ingénieur" accredited by the "Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur" (CTI) and formally authorized to deliver the "Titre d'Ingénieur."
